- How do I know if I can apply for reimbursement?
- Become a PTA member! Teachers, EC, and Resource teachers are able to apply. TAs and guidance/social workers are not.
- How much can I apply to be reimbursed for?
- Up to $65 for purchases related to specific educational and learning goals in the classroom with sales receipts.
- Where can I find a copy of the reimbursement form?
- What are some examples?
- Items that would qualify include classroom supplies for specific learning events/activities, educational software, learning aids such as posters, hands on activity materials, and STEM activity kits.
- Examples of items that would not qualify are mini refrigerators, general office supplies such as printers and laminators, and candy or snacks for kids.
- When are requests due by?
- Fall semester is due by December 11, 2020. They will be issued by Dec 15th.
- Spring semester is due by April 30, 2021. They will be issued by May 10th.
- Turnaround time is about a week.
